A.  Payment options

I. National shipments:

We offer the following payment options for shipments within Germany, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. International shipments:

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

By default, we only ship to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by DHL GoGreen, UPS or by freight forwarder. 

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an email (info@der-hagemann.de) and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs that we have to ask our shipping partner in advance for the shipping option and the costs.

B. Shipping costs

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 6,20 Euro/net per order. For shipping to German islands we charge an island surcharge of 5,00 Euro.

II. Shipping abroad:

We deliver climate neutral to the following countries. Shipping costs are calculated individually per order based on weight:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). 

C. Delivery times

I. National delivery:

Delivery time is approximately one to three business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should an article exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be separately indicated on the respective product page.

II. International delivery:

The delivery time is approximately five to seven business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery. Should an article exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, it will be separately indicated on the respective product page.
